Agreement to these terms
By accessing this website, confirming that you are 21 or older at the age gate, or placing an order for in-store pickup, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
You must be 21 or older
This site is intended solely for adults aged 21 and over. Cannabis products may only be purchased by adults 21 or older holding a valid, government-issued photo ID. We verify ID on every transaction, without exception, and we may refuse any sale where age cannot be confirmed. Misrepresenting your age is a breach of these terms.
Licensed retail
JD's Jungle is a licensed adult-use retail dispensary operating under a licence issued by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management. Our licence number is displayed in the footer of every page. We sell only to customers in person at our licensed premises.
Orders, pricing and availability
Menus, prices and stock levels shown on this site are provided for convenience and may change without notice. Placing an online order creates a reservation request, not a completed sale: the sale takes place in store, once your ID has been verified and payment has been taken. We may cancel or adjust an order where an item is out of stock, mispriced, or where a purchase would exceed legal limits.
Purchase limits
New York law limits how much cannabis an adult may buy and possess. We will not complete a transaction that exceeds those limits, and we may decline to sell where we reasonably suspect an intent to resell or to supply anyone under 21.
Returns and refunds
For health and safety reasons, and as required by state regulation, cannabis products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left the premises. If a product is defective or was dispensed in error, contact us within 24 hours and bring the item with its original packaging and your receipt so we can investigate.
No medical advice
Everything on this site, including product descriptions, the beginner's guide, blog articles and any guidance from our staff, is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Cannabis products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Speak to a physician before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication.
Your account and loyalty programme
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your credentials secure. Loyalty points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be adjusted, expired or withdrawn where an account is used in breach of these terms or where the programme changes. We will give reasonable notice of material changes.
Third-party services
Our online menu and ordering are provided through a third-party storefront, and parts of this site link to services we do not control. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Intellectual property
The JD's Jungle name, logo, site design, photography and written content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Brand names and logos belonging to the producers we stock remain the property of their owners.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to attempt to obtain cannabis for anyone under 21, to interfere with the site's operation or security, or to scrape, republish or resell its content.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
